Hello, I had a completely hassle-free experience with the Qatar Airways Lusaka Office. From the moment I entered, I was welcomed by a member of staff who greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable and cared for. I had some questions about my upcoming journey to Doha, and they explained everything patiently—from baggage allowance to transit information. What struck me most was the professionalism and the cool, polite manner in which they dealt with questions. They also assisted me in changing seat selections and searching for a better fare. It seemed that they cared about customer satisfaction. I left feeling at ease and ready for my travels, something I haven't felt with each airline office.
